Why did you switch to FastLane?
Our previous POS was too complicated and unsuitable for a small business. We were not set up correctly and the problems kept on getting compounded so we were paying too much money for consultants and accountants. The people at FastLane took the time to understand our issues and to tweak their software to fit our needs.
How long did it take for you and your employees to learn the FastLane system?
We learned point of sale functions in one day. Overall, the administrative and accounting functions took longer with the time depending on how often we needed to use them. The user manuals are clear and very helpful and many times we could solve problems ourselves.
How has FastLane helped your business?
It has lowered accounting fees, lowered consulting fees, provided faster and more accurate inventory records and provided greater efficiency and effectiveness as FastLane links directly to our website.
